TECHNOLOGY
At Stranik Automotive Group, we have always embraced technology to improve the experience for both our employees and our customers. About 15 years ago, we began sending photos of damaged parts to customers, giving them greater transparency and confidence in the repair process. A few years later, we evolved to Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI), becoming one of the first shops in our market to fully embrace this technology. Today, we continue to push the boundaries of innovation by incorporating AI into nearly every aspect of our business—from answering the phone and improving customer communication to making our technicians’ jobs easier with AI-powered glasses and virtual reality training. Technology is constantly evolving, and so are we. Our goal is simple: use the latest tools and innovations to deliver a better experience for our customers and create a better workplace for our team.
